Context

Why this project existed

IDME is a B2B digital identity verification service platform — enabling businesses to verify the identity of their users or counterparties. The work included designing the product experience (onboarding, verification flows, status management) and contributing to production UI implementation directly in the codebase.

Challenge

What made it hard

  • Identity verification UX must build trust — every ambiguous step risks abandonment or compliance failures
  • B2B platform needed to serve multiple user roles with different verification contexts
  • Bridging Figma design to production required working directly in the codebase with ReactJS and SCSS
  • Maintaining visual quality after implementation, not just at handoff
