Selected work
Three systems. Nothing unnecessary.
Selected projects across complex flows, business logic, cross-functional collaboration, rapid prototyping, motion thinking, and scalable product design.
Fintech UX / Platform UX
eGift & Payment Experience System
Designed complex eGift experiences across online redeem, PDF download, eCard transfer, Apple/Google Wallet support, different-currency transfer, partial redeem/payment, physical redemption, voucher payment, and delivery flows.
Platform UX / eSIM
UPSIM eSIM App / Web Experience
Designed app and web experiences for eSIM purchase, payment, top-up, how-to-use guidance, account management, passport scan, login/sign-up, forgot password, and ID scan flows.
B2B SaaS / Enterprise UX
Portal UIUX V2 / Web Portal Standard Demo
Led UIUX structure for a scalable web portal standard demo — design guidelines, components, templates, PSP-related logic, multi-BU structures, and parameter-based product behavior.
What I design
A focused product design practice.
- 01
Complex Product Flows
Flows for products that involve multiple roles, business rules, edge cases, payment logic, verification steps, currency handling, redemption logic, and cross-platform behavior.
- 02
B2B Portals & Admin Systems
Admin tools, reseller back office systems, permission-based portals, department-level controls, multi-BU structures, parameter-based products, and internal workflows.
- 03
B2C & B2B2C Purchase Flows
Consumer-facing checkout, eGift purchase, promo app, voucher, coupon, delivery, transfer, redemption, animation, and 2FA experiences designed for clarity and usability.
- 04
eGift & Payment Experiences
eGift web transfer, different-currency transfer, partial redeem/payment, physical redeem, PDF download, online redeem, Apple/Google Wallet support, and voucher payment logic.
Good design is not just about making screens look better.
For me, strong product design means understanding the problem, clarifying messy requirements, mapping edge cases, designing practical flows, and creating interfaces that teams can actually build. I care about clarity, scalability, implementation reality, motion quality, and the small interaction details that make a product feel trustworthy.
- 01
I clarify before I design.
Ask questions, map flows, identify missing logic, turn unclear requests into structured direction.
- 02
I think in systems.
Permission rules, multi-BU modules, reusable components, color variables, payment logic, responsive layouts — designed for scale.
- 03
I build when needed.
Rapid prototypes, clone from Bitbucket/GitHub, Git/SourceTree/branches/PRs, UI implementation workflows.
- 04
I care about the final product.
Implementation review, UI testing, bug reporting, detail adjustment, consistency after handoff — it doesn't stop at Figma.
Selected experience
Experience built in production.
