Designed and shipped B2B, B2C, and B2B2C product experiences across web portals, eGift platforms, eSIM apps, promo apps, reseller back office systems, POS experiences, payment-related flows, admin tools, corporate websites, and production UI features.
Led UIUX work for complex product flows involving role permissions, admin and non-admin access, department-level controls, email invitations, account ownership, multi-BU structures, templates, components, parameters, and PSP-related product logic.
Designed eGift and payment experiences including online redeem, PDF download, eCard transfer, Apple/Google Wallet support, different-currency transfer, partial redeem/payment, physical redemption, voucher payment logic, delivery flows, and animation behavior.
Designed eSIM app and web experiences including buy flows, address and invoice flows, payment, how-to-use guidance, top-up, token copy, account management, passport scan, login/sign-up, forgot password, and ID scan flows.
Designed B2B KYB / KYC registration flows using the Societe API, covering multi-country regulatory verification, document upload, liveness verification, and company validation logic.
Designed Glady corporate credit card platform: KYB B2B enterprise registration, KYC employee card-opening verification, and NFC card management app flows.

Built rapid prototypes and AI-assisted product flows using ReactJS, SCSS, JSX, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, MUI, component systems, variables, and color library JSON.
Used Git, GitHub, SourceTree, Bitbucket/GitHub cloning, branch-based workflows, and pull request support to collaborate around codebase-ready UI implementation.
Created readable, component-based UI code and supported production UI updates for popups, banners, filters, switchers, components, variables, color libraries, and website/product UI sections.
Collaborated closely with frontend engineers on design handoff, component behavior, UI implementation, UI testing, bug identification, and visual QA.
Implemented GA4 event tracking, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversion API (server-side); wrote custom Apps Script to pull GA4 Data API across multiple property IDs — routing conditional warning emails, zero-activity alerts, monthly reports, and API error notifications to different PMs.
Applied a 3D animation background in Maya and Blender to product motion, eGift animation behavior, micro-interactions, visual hierarchy, depth, timing, and interaction polish.
